Vito did an amazing job with the sale of a property. There was a language barrier with a major issue that needed to be resolved, and Vito brought in the right people and took ownership of the entire process. Could not have sold the property without him.

My partner and I enjoyed working with Vito Angelo and Billy Apter to sell a mixed-use, multi-family family building in Brooklyn. We spoke to several other agents before signing a listing agreement with the Angelo/Apter team. We chose Vito and Billy because they were genuine, knowledgeable, forthright, and attentive. After meeting with them, we felt they’d be easy for us to work with. Now that the transaction is complete, I can happily say that this team met and exceeded our expectations. Throughout the process, when we needed them to responsive quickly, they were, and at other times, when we needed them to be patient, they gave us the time we needed. We worked closely with Billy Apter as our listing agent, and he helped make the process as painless as possible. Communication back and forth was smooth and timely. Billy was an excellent resource for us due to his deep knowledge of the Brooklyn real estate market and his willingness to make himself available when we had questions or concerns about the process, even after the closing. I met with numerous agents before deciding on the one to commit to. Billy Apter came to house and gave a good "sales pitch, with detailed book of awards, referrals, etc.. This proved his track record, but I needed to "feel the trust" myself, and I did. He gave me a similar sale target as others, and was very knowledgeable, as were some others, but, of all the agents I met, I just felt he was the one most likely to "close the deal". And I was right. He ultimately sold the house, not only quickly, but for more than the amount I told him to counter offer with. I highly recommend Billy Apter to handle sale of any property, in Brooklyn or elsewhere!

We interviewed three real estate firms but selected Vito Angelo/Billy Apter of REMAX at the Slope. We worked exclusively with Vito Angelo. Vito worked tirelessly on our behalf. He was always available to answer questions and follow up with details. His knowledge of the Dyker Heights market was essential. Our first buyer failed to get a mortgage within a reasonable time. New requirements and scrutiny by banks is making the mortgage process more extended for buyers (and sellers), however, our final buyer received a mortgage and we were able to close in March 2016. We recommend Vito Angelo without any reservation

I hired both Billy Apter and Vito Angelo to take charge of selling my house in Bay Ridge.After 6 months of another real estate fail attempts they got to show the house maybe 3 times as much creating a huge possibility to sell at a more rapid pace.This team connected with all the other real estate agents and made this difficult tasks seem so easy.They produce "magic" I had many clients already interested I was so surprise.Other agents only rely on their sources, but their technique expands their search to all the other real estates.This made the sale a lot faster and more professional.I would not trust anybody but them.Finally, they closed on the deal and I was so happy to have a buyer so fast. They are truly the best I always told them and it is really true.

Billy brought a qualified Buyer to our home within 3 days. The sale was completed in just over 2 months. He walked us through the whole process . Whenever we had a question, he immediately responded.
